Carson Phillip Sorber of Springville, PA Carson Phillip Sorber, 81, of Springville, PA passed away, Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose, PA. Born February 6, 1928 in Hunlock Creek, PA, he was the son of the late Luther and Ethel [Koons] Sorber. Carson served in the Navy from 1945 to 1947 during WWII. Survivors include nieces & nephews, Rachel & Thomas Jr. Derby of Hunlock Creek, PA, Cherryl Mclaughlin, Ohio, Danny Sorber, Wilkes Barre, PA, Noel Sorber, Rushville, PA, William Sorber Jr., Williamsport, PA, grand nieces & grand nephews, Thomas III, Aurilla, Jeremy, Kyle, Amy, Janet, Kevin, Dorothy as well as many others. Besides his parents he was predeceased by significant other, Sophia Lamoreaux and brothers, William Sr. & Luther Sorber. Services: are at the convenience of the family.
