Frances L. Muscarelle, 83, of Tunkhannock, PA passed away, Monday, November 23, 2009 at Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose, PA. Born October 3, 1926 in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Harmond T. and Getrude A. [Herman] Gibson. She enjoyed being apart of Red Hat Society. She was a Tea Cup Poodle, breeder. She was a member of St Phillips Catholic Church, Clifton, NJ. Survivors include sons & daughter-in-law, Ralph J. Muscarelle, Jr. of Uniondale, PA, Dennis J. & Marilynn Muscarelle of Montrose, PA, 5 Grandchildren, and 5 Great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, a daughter, Debra Joy, her first husband, Ralph J. Muscarelle, Sr. and 2 sisters predeceased her. Services: Private
