Milred N. Peterson

Mildred N. Peterson, 88, of Montrose, PA passed away, Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Meadow View Senior Living Center, Montrose, PA. Born April 4, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late George and Loretta [Moyse] Newton. Her husband Myron Peterson predeceased her in 1991. She was a member of Bridgewater Baptist Church. She was employed by Children's Seashore Home, Atlantic City, NJ as a Nurse. In 1979, she and her husband, Myron, moved to Susquehanna County and worked for many years at the Montrose Bible Conference. Survivors include daughter-in-law, Kathy Henry of Kirkwood, NY, two special grandchildren, Amie Pitman and Danielle Henry, Special friends Richard and Glenda and son Bradley Washburn, of Inman, SC and many other special friends.
