Miriam H. Ellsworth, 81, of Montrose, PA passed away, Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose, PA. Born September 22, 1928 in Montrose, PA, she was the daughter of the late Amos Eugene and Keron [Palmer] Hollister. Her husband Charles J. Ellsworth predeceased her in 1991. She was a member of the South Montrose Community Church. Miriam enjoyed bowling and playing cards. Survivors include son & daughter-in-law, Archie & Connie Ellsworth of South Montrose, PA, daughters & sons-in-law, Angie Mae & Nathan Councilman of Rensselaer, NY, Karen & Greg Hellmuth of Montrose, PA, 8 grandchildren & spouses, Anthony (Samantha) Ellsworth, Donna Ellsworth & Brandon Miller, Kelly Jo Marie Ellsworth, Ronald (Tammy) Brand, Matthew (Stacy) Brand, Martin Brand & Vicki Survilla, Kimberly (Jesse) Harris & Eric (Holly) Hellmuth, 22 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, brother & sister-in-law, Amos & Ethel Hollister of Montrose, PA, nieces, nephews and cousins.
