Joyce L. Mason

Joyce L. Mason, 76, of Rushville, PA passed away, Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Mercy-Tyler Hospital, Tunkhannock, PA. Born January 29, 1934 in Lawton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lena [Keck] Ham. Her husband Edward J. Mason predeceased her in 1989. She worked Brundages as a cook for many years. Joyce was an avid Yankee fan and loved Derek Jeter. Her hobbies included collecting salt & pepper shakers, putting together puzzles, doing word searches, watching the deer, watching wrestling on TV and taking care of her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Ann Mason of Rushville, PA, sons & daughters-in-law, Stephen A. & Serena Mason of Endicott, NY, Edward W. Mason of Rushville, PA, John I. & Tanya Mason of Springville, PA, daughter-in-law, Carol Bomboy, grandchildren & spouse, Brigette, Karin, Keith (Michelle), Tom, Alicia, Taylor, Raymond & Jennifer, 9 great grandchildren, sister, Alma Stanton of Dushore, PA, nieces & nephews. Besides her parents & husband she was predeceased by a Son, Jeffrey Mason in 1976, siblings, Frances, Chancey, Stewart, Thelma, William, Sterry, Norma Jean.
