LeRoy "Bill" Morgan

LeRoy "Bill" W. Morgan, 82, of Montrose, PA passed away, Friday, June 25, 2010 at his home. Born February 19, 1928 in Scranton, PA, he was the son of the late Roy Morgan and Nellie [Brotzman] & Ray Jennings. He was retired after 30 years from the U.S Navy. He was a member of South New Milford Baptist Church, Ayres-Stone VFW Post #5642, Montrose and the Gardner Warner Post #154, Montrose, PA. Bill was an avid golfer and was very involved in helping the VFW with the military graveside services. Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Avis T. Morgan of Montrose, PA, daughter & son-in-law, Debbie & Ron Johnson of Binghamton, NY, son & daughter-in-law, Gerry Morgan & Sandy of Crown King, AZ, grandchildren & spouses, Jennifer & Mike Zarrelli, Wendy Johnson, Shane & Becky Morgan, Erin & Steve Brandon, great grandchildren, Taylor & Sam Zarrelli, brothers & sisters-in-law, John & Jan Jennings of White Haven, PA, Robert & Deloria Morgan of Fort Payne, AL, many loving brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, numerous nieces & nephews.
